Delivery details

We want your ordered products to arrive in good condition, with shipping costs clear from the start. We ship orders through FAN Courier to any locality in Romania.

Delivery cost

Delivery costs 25 lei for the first 2 kg, regardless of destination. Each additional kilogram costs 1.50 lei/kg. For bulky parcels, the calculation may also take into account volumetric weight, determined by the parcel dimensions. The final cost is displayed in the cart before you place your order.

Free delivery

Standard delivery is free for orders with a product value of at least 1,500 lei after discounts. If products require special transport, we will inform you of the delivery method and cost before confirming the order.

Delivery time

Estimated standard delivery time is 1–3 working days from collection of the parcel by the courier. This may vary depending on the shipment characteristics and destination.
